Do I have to use all of my minutes on one call?  No, you don’t have to use all of your minutes on one call.

What happens to my unused minutes?  Your unused minutes will remain on your account and won’t expire.  Usually the system will send you an email to let you know if you have any unused minutes.  This is usually done by the next business day.

How do I leave a testimonial?  Go to contact us and submit your testimonial.

Do you offer anything for referring other customers?  We have different specials and promotions, some of which includes referring other customers.  Contact Us regarding our specials.

I’m an international customer and I can’t dial your toll free number from my country.  How can I talk to an Advisor?  Contact Us for more info with your request and we will provide you an alternate way to receive your reading.

What do I do after I purchase my minutes?  After you’ve purchased your minutes, you may call your Advisor at your convenience or visit the schedule an appointment page to schedule an appointment.  

How do I schedule an appointment?  Visit the schedule an appointment page and follow the instructions.

How does the system know how many minutes that I have on my account?  The system recognizes your account by your name, phone number and email address.  When you make a payment, you will be asked for your name and phone number.  The system will use your name, phone number and email address you used to login your minutes to your account.  The system also sends you an email by the next business day to let you know how many minutes you have on your account as of what time and date.

How do I know how many minutes that I have on my account?  You will receive an email from the system after you purchase minutes usually by the next business day.  The system will also send you an email after each reading to let you know how many minutes you have on your account usually by the next business day.  You may also feel free to go to Contact US and submit a request to Customer Service and ask how many minutes are on your account.

What happens when my minutes run out and I’m on a call?  If you are on a call and your minutes run out, the system will interrupt will end the call.  In some cases, if you purchase more minutes while you’re on the call, the system may extend.  The system may take a couple of minutes to recognize your payment.  It’s highly recommended at least a few minutes before your call ends.

What if my Advisor isn’t available when I call?  Please arrange a callback by leaving your name, number and the amount of time you are willing to wait and you will receive a callback once the Advisor is off of their current call.  You may also schedule an appointment on our website or via our text option.
